Present the documents for signature to authorized persons and send them in paper version to a KIR branch, or securely e-signed in electronic version to the address provided in order summary. In the case that the authorized persons do not appear in the National Court Register (KRS) or in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG), relevant powers of attorney confirming their rights to represent the Orderer must be attached to the documents.
Once KIR receives the indicated documents, you will receive an e-mail confirming the date of set collection.
Collect the set at the branch indicated in the order.
The set can only be collected by the person whose details are entered in the certificate.
To collect the set, it is necessary to have a valid identity-proving document (identity card or passport), and in the case of providing the subscriber's NIP number in the details for the qualified certificate, it is also necessary to present the certificate of NIP number assignment.
Payments for the ordered set should be made on the basis of an invoice issued by KIR to the account provided in the invoice.
